• Review, approve and distribute the documents to individuals with relevant access to the information

Implement your System

• Implement your quality management practices by ensuring procedures are being performed according to documentation
• Ensure employees are given relevant training for the tasks they are performing
• Create effective reporting systems
• Examine the effectiveness of the processes using quantitative and qualitative data
• Further Review and take action to improve in the areas required
